Painting is one of the hobbies I spend the most time on. I enjoy using different media such as watercolor, acrylic, and pastel. Each media has its own advantage and behavior.

Watercolor is great if you want to try something abstract or floral. You can even paint very realistic works with watercolor. Pastels are great for smaller works and can be more expensive, but their immediacy and portability are a plus. Acrylics have so many applications because they are so versatile, which is why they are popular.
